good and convenient breakfast, clean room, kind staff, good location (a quiet neighborhood, close to metro station)

Nothing So many issues: it is super far away, you cannot leave your luggage before check-in unless you pay a lot of money so I had to leave with 3 big suitcases and wait until check-in time. There is no lift, and you cannot keep the keys of your room when you leave to do your errands/enjoy the city.

Location There wasn't any lift and they don't provide a few basic things like foot slippers & body lotion. Also, while going out depositing the room key is mandatory, which isn't ideal for the guests.

Walking distance from MICO and my office, close to two underground stations. Very well connected. Restaurants and grocery stores in the neighborhood. Good value for money. Nothing

The staff was absolutely fantastic and incredibly welcoming. They even made the effort to use a few words in Portuguese with me (simple things like good morning and thank you), which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. I do understand Italian and speak it at a basic level, but I admit I was a bit shy about making mistakes, so I naturally replied in English instead. Breakfast is simple but has everything you need to start the day. The room is small, but very comfortable and perfectly adequate for a solo traveller. The staff was also extremely attentive and kindly offered me a room on the first floor due to some mobility discomfort, which I really appreciated. The location was also very convenient and easy to access, making it ideal for exploring the area. Occasionally, there was some noise at night, including children and other guests using the stairs. However, this was easily managed with earplugs, and I am personally quite sensitive to noise in shared areas, so it did not significantly impact my overall stay.

Although there was no elevator, the room were cozy and they had all the amenities.

It was mentioned that the hotel has air conditioning, but after the reservation, I received a message stating that there is an extra charge to activate it. I find this misleading, as it was not clearly communicated beforehand.

Yeh A good bed, especially since there is a worker and her friend, as their work during the day was from 13 to 14. They were really, really kind. They hosted me and received me well and gave me more than necessary. They treated me like a brother. I hope that you will reward them, oh hotel owner. Thank you.
