Great location. Very clean. Lovely seating areas and atmosphere. Garden was very nice. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was great. I love a firm bed and the bed met my expectations. There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom.

Our room was lovely and Allways. The property was exceptionally clean and well appointed the rooms were stylish and well thought out. We stayed here on a recommendation from a friend who had previously stayed. We would recommend it to everyone we know as well. The location is central to everything as well. Nothing

My only complaint is that I couldn’t use my kettle for tea as every time I plugged it in the breaker would shut off all the lights. Not a huge deal but def was looking forward to some tea.

Location & cleanliness No control over thermostat…no fan

. The only thing I didn't like was that the hotel was fully booked, so my room wasn't ready until 2:30 p.m

It was a good location Breakfast is not good. And experienced the worst stuff ever. The night before I leave I went to reception to request a late check out 2pm as I had 2 rooms with my kids. The reception guy was very helpful and accepted we only keep one room for late check out which is totally understandable. I requested kids to pack at night and brought me their luggage. I went down to check out this room and the reception guy in the morning name was Francesco. He read extremely impolite and had attitude problem. He told me who told you that you can have one room late check out I told him your colleague last night. He said no it’s not possible and you have to check out on time. I told him planned my day based on your colleague but he kept yelling No No without listening. Very bad experience

the emplacement was perfect.ten minutes from brera and duomo.and close to quatro streets

Water tend to spill outside the shower because the glass doesn’t reach the wall. The shower walls are made of glass so if you use it at night you lit the whole room which can be a bother to your partner.
-
Bathroom vent didn't seem to work which made things very steamy after showers.
-
Location is good, room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is also good. Nothing

The location was very good, walkable even with a slight mobility impairment. Staff were incredible The shower never got beyond tepid and although having a deep bathtub it was hard to get in and out off and the was no anti-slip finish

Hotel was very nice and just a short walk to the city center past lots of beautiful shops. The hotel staff was very welcoming. It’s a quiet street across from a park so very comfortable and quiet at night. Liked everything

The hotel is very stylish. Our panoramic view of the park was beautiful. It was wonderful to relax on our own balcony and watch the activity in the park - green parakeets flying, dogs playing, joggers etc. staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to hear everything from the adjacent room; the neighbors spoke loudly, plus singing, humming, and more. They were finished around midnight and quiet til morning, but at an expensive hotel I did not expect to hear my neighbors.
