The staff were friendly. Early check-in was available, which was appreciated as I arrived at 10 a.m. The courtyard garden was pleasant. The room was dated and in need of refurbishment. The shower was a jacuzzi-style bathtub that was uncomfortable to stand in due to the sprinkler placement, and the bathroom floor became wet very easily.

Really beautiful boutique style hotel! The check in was fast and easy. The room was laid out well and was spacious enough. I absolutely loved the bar and gorgeous courtyard garden to sip wine in and relax. The bathroom amenities were good too! The bed and pillows felt too stiff and hard for me. I had trouble getting comfortable. The WiFi also did not work well in my room but worked well in the lobby/ common areas.

Located close to Corso Buenos Aires and metro station, but on a quite street. Even possible to sleep with the open window ( till early morning).Amazing breakfast with variety of everything. For those who vegans - peanut butter, flax, chia,whole grain bread, fruits?. Tasty coffee and beautiful garden. Malin+Goetz cosmetics in the bathroom. No iron in the room.

The staff was excellent. Everyone from the front desk to the staff in the restaurant went above and beyond. Very professional, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The only complaint was the bed. It was a bit hard and not super comfortable.

The little garden and staff are nice The pictures don’t accurately describe the facility. It is quite dilapidated and the beds/rooms definitely not comfortable

More of a modern field, but still cozy. Incredibly clean and well appointed rooms. The staff was helpful.

What I liked the most is the design of the facilities such as interior garden, bar and the gym. Hotel is nice, location is good. However, only on the weekends, the bar on the other side of street is a bit noisy if your room is facing the street.

Balcony was nice, mattress was fine, good and solid. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was solid; right beside Central Station and plenty of restaurants and 5m from a main street for shopping. Duvet was a fleece throw blanket in a duvet cover. The shower drain stunk like sewage. Right outside the window is the street, and there is a bar there. It's not a noisy bar, but the people who hang around at night until 4-5am drinking, shouting, smoking drugs; were a real bother. I'm surprised the hotel didn't call the police to move them on. The bar was closed but they'd hang around on the street, so they weren't customers of the establishment. We were woken up multiple times in a night be shouting and loud talking. Breakfast buffet was rubbish. Watery scrambled egg, salty potatoes and chopped up bacon bits; were the only hot food. The rest was typical european breakfast: meats, cheeses, breads. Coffee tasted awful from the machine, but the bar staff do serve espresso - not sure it was much better but the coffee machine tasted pretty bad. Also - their coffee/tea cups in the rooms are tiny, and the ones in the buffet aren't much larger.
