Excelent place, clean, nice and the location is nearby the Garibaldi train station. Very good location.The room has everything you need for a nice stay. Breakfast was excelent.

The location is absolutely excellent. It is central, highly accessible, and perfectly situated for exploring the area. The room lacks proper soundproofing. The closing of neighboring doors is incredibly loud and woke me up multiple times during the night. Additionally, the walls and ceilings are quite thin—I could clearly hear housekeeping staff cleaning the adjacent rooms and the floor above me. If you are a light sleeper, this is something to keep in mind.

The room was clean, a good size, and had a minibar, safe, TV, desk, kettle, etc. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good, with many options. -

International food To have a hot porridge

The location is good, I liked it, and the area is clean and full of services such as restaurants and shoping places

The breakfasts were great-better than expected. The location was excellent-only a couple of blocks from the train and metro stations and close to a street with many good restaurants. The furnishings (chairs) were not that comfortable.

The balconies for the top floor rooms are all connected, so we felt a little uncomfortable/unsafe leaving our doors open for air while we were in the room.

Everything was perfect

Great location, easy walk from the train station. Staff was wonderful and the rooms were very comfortable. My only complaint is that two nights in a row they were screaming people outside our window at two in the morning. I think they were coming out of the bar, but it woke us up.

breakfast - simple yet sufficient. location - accessible to train station and with good amenities nearby. staff - friendly and accommodating. breakfast could have a little more variety for savoury items such as baked beans, sauteed mushrooms. room could have 1 more dustbin other than the tiny one in bathroom. no complimentary bottled water upon check-in. room temperature can get quite warm during winter with a thermostat showing 28 degrees. lack of hangers for wardrobe (mine had only 2 as the 3rd was used for their laundry bag/laundry ticket)

Spent 12 nights during the Winter Olympics. The location for travelling to the venues and sites throughout Milano was outstanding - options for metro, train or walking are right at hand. The hotel is at the intersection of old and new Milan. Ready access to excellent restaurants, shopping and sites. Although we were at the hotel for an extended stay, it never got old. It was such a joy to see Maria every morning at breakfast! Recommend a room on the 6th floor, with access to the patio. Lots of activity within the vicinity of the hotel, but rooms were extremely quiet. The king size bed and bedding were awesome. Nice to have the option of a shower or a tub. Need to provide more than 1 coffee pod per day.

Small room no parking too noisy and over priced

The location was also not good at all, which made the stay even worse. Cleanliness was acceptable, but the noise issues made it impossible to relax or rest properly. The only positive part of my experience was a receptionist named Tiziana — she was very nice, caring, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff were the opposite. I even had an issue with breakfast: at check-in they told me my offer included breakfast, but after I ate they insisted it wasn’t included and tried to charge me for it. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. Overall, this hotel does not live up to its 4-star rating and I would not recommend staying here.
