The family room size was nice and two bathrooms were definitely a big plus 1. You cannot access the property by car, you have to get to the door by foot. Was never mentioned anywhere. 2. The family room is on 3rd floor and you have to take steps to access the same 3. The annex that they have is not easy to access 4. The breakfast has restrictions, you cannot have more than one coffee 5. The hotel staff reserves food for itself and keeps eating itself, while serving guests

It’s a charming and quaint old building with lovely Italian antique decor. Bathrooms are modernized and up to modern standards. Location is perfect along the canal where you can stroll for dinner time. Breakfast is excellent. We did not get to the same room. We hoped to get when we stayed there 10 years ago. 10 years ago we had a room that opened up to a small balcony overlooking that canal. This time the room was in the annex and felt a little bit smaller and squeezy.

Really pretty and tasteful. Helpful warm staff.

Old world charm with beautiful updates. Lots of indoor and outdoor space. Really nice restaurant on site. Close to the secondary train station by cab then shorter train ride to Airport. Canal area. Hopping at night. Our room was quiet in back area. Helpful staff. Good sized room as well. Didn’t check out much of the area because it was over 90° during our visit, so can’t speak to that. Our room was at one flight of stairs if that’s a concern for some people. All good really.

If u've some rooms on the top of the building which are not accessible u should mention this , I've ordered the 5 rooms without indication that's my clients will stay at the attic , I'm very nervous about that

Bed is very comfy. The staff at reception are helpful and very friendly. Many places to eat. If you want to be in the Naviglio center, this is the place to stay.

Very well located. Nice design, with modernity subliming old Italian charming building. Great breakfast and lovely staff. Very comfortable room with nice view over the canal People sensitive to noise should avoid rooms with canal view

Wonderful location, friendly and helpful staff.

The staff were all great and super helpful! The location was really fun with restaurants and bars all nearby. Transportation was easy too with the tram lines and subway in walking distance. The room was clean and spacious too! I do not really have anything to say here for this. Everything was great!

I loved it! The noise from the canal view room was a lot. They need better sound proofing.
