Close to train and metro station Bed frame so wobbly every time you moved that annoys person sleeping in same bunk bed

In general the hostel is really clean & has a nice kitchen too, the location is also superb. They let us leave our luggage at the hotel both before check in & after check out for free, that needs appreciation. If you're choosing here cause it's cheep (I think it's the only reason people would choose here), keep in mind that they'll charge you an extra 6€ per night per person for the tax & bed linens!! So it wouldn't be that cheep after all. Also The beds are a bit noisy though, & there's no reception at the night so around 3am there was a lady banging on the only & shouting for an hour cause she locked herself out (& there was no reception to help her & they didn't answer the phones too) so she woke up every one at the middle of the night.

The guy on the reception seemed really nice, I feel genuinely sorry for him .... He wouldn't look me in the eyes when I was expressing my complaint. Mate find a different job, this is not worth it! BED BUGS!!! Sorry but if not the bed bug infestation, I would rate it as your typical a bit dirty, bit old hostel which is what you would expect I suppose. It's however super concerning that they've had bed bug infestation for months now and no one is doing anything about it. We've been bit to pieces, my sister had a prescription for steroid cream as she had bad allergic reaction. She got bitten sooo much! They promised a refund and denied it to booking.com. Portal is also aware of the problem but will not do anything about it. What a fu**** shambles... Stay at your own risk kids

It’s straight to the metro so it’s easy to going anywhere around. AC runs well since the room is quite small. I was told that street is not really safe, but nothing bad happens to me outside the hostel so that’s fine. Some of the staff wasn’t really hospitable. Pretty small room, probably the bathroom needs renovations and clothe hangers.

Friendly and professional staff, clean room, very convenient location right next to a metro station, easy way to get in and out The bathroom smelled a little funky from the sewer system, bring your own padlock for the lockers or you'll have to buy one if you need it. Noise during the night but that's not the hostel's fault

Wifi worked Very dirty, bathroom is inside the room and you can hear everything to the room. There is 1 toilet and it’s together with shower, it is not enough for 6 people living in one room. There are no curtains as well on the beds, the bathroom was very dirty and mouldy

The follow up for the Late arrival and clear video literally helped me. 20 mins walk from central station. A good gesture on city tax which i am not aware and stepped out to other city.

Disappointing

Location is nice. They store your bags (albeit not super safely, but it’s ok) which is a nice service. You pay extra for linen, but at least in my case there were stains. Door didn’t close because a drunk guy had throw himself against the door a few days prior, and they were unable to repair it quickly. Terrible overhead lighting, no sockets or lights close to the beds. Milan is expensive but this is really not it.

The toilet was broken and made loud noise, and the shower pressure wasn't good, which was annoying. Also, it was really hot inside the room and there were no blinds. Just be aware that there are a lot of mosquitos around the building because of the trees so bring a repellent with you if you're prone to mosquito bites.
