Some of the staff's behavior was good. The beds were comfortable, and the location was good. It was a 4- to 5-minute walk from the Lampugano metro station. I reached the hostel at midnight. I booked a single dorm bed in the 6-female dorm with a balcony. The staff was good but a little bit drunk. After arriving, the staff gave me a 4-bed female dorm on the 3rd floor with no AC and no balcony. And inside the rooms, there was no locker. You have to put your valuables in the locker on a separate floor (probably the 1st floor). The property should keep at least one locker on each floor. Because it is not possible for each person to stay on a different floor and carry the luggage to a different floor. Inside the room, there were two stand fans, but one of the stands was broken. The bed light was not working properly. The next afternoon, the lights and fans turned off (not a single plug point was working). And I had to switch rooms with my staff. This is not acceptable for a guest. It's a kind of harassment. Another thing, you have to press the lift button twice to operate this.

I think the best thing about this place is the staff. Very helpful, warm and welcoming…each n every member went out of the way to make sure i was comfortable and helped and guided about things around ! Keep up this spirit.i liked that the room was clean, the bedding provided was stain free and washed… once u sign off, u can store ur luggage in lockers until 9 pm and they dont charge for it unlike other places where such facilities are charged. The common room was very well maintained and it was overall very quiet and peaceful! The rooms were fairly spacious and comfortable … i dont know why this place has bad reviews because I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would want to come again. There are no big or clear sign boards indicating where the property is if u look from across the street or around . If u dont have a stable internet connection, its a challenge to find it or locate it from the street.
