Location Nothing Major

It is located in the middle of Milan and you can walk everywhere which is great. The hotel is located on the third floor and there is an elevator. I only spent one night here and it was fine. They do not offer breakfast but there are many places nearby where you can get a coffee. Some complained in previous posts about noise but I really did not have that problem. I really can't complain about anything. The staff was very nice and helpful! Nothing really. The bathroom could use a small upgrade but it was really fine. I stayed in a room facing the street and there is scaffolding so that might might bother someone but I was only there for one night.

Location The property is need upkeep. The walls are stained and scraped. The bathroom paint was falling off. The amenities were not at par. I stayed there a few years ago and it was excellent value. Now it is much more expensive and not well kept. Location is good. Would not recommend. Way too expensive for what it is

I was only in Milan for one night with not much leisure time so wanted to be in a lovely neighbourhood. This location was ideal for window-shopping. My room was tiny but adequate for me. Not sure a couple with 2 suitcases would have managed in such a small space though. The decor was tired, the trims battered and chipped but that didn’t bother me. Receptionists were friendly and happily arranged an airport taxi for me. No breakfast, room service or restaurant on site but there were cafes nearby.

Terrible place, the mattress had a huge stain of blood or else, like 50cm stain, was very very dirty… I told them to Booking and they offered 35€ refund… I cannot be more disappointed.

Wi fi was not written in the room. A pair pf slipper and a toiletry set would be good.

Good location in the city center Netflix available Horrible smell in the building. Walls made of paper, so you can hear all the neigbours, tiny rooms with basic equipment for a very high price

The bed and pillows not comfortable

The location was excellent, but the amenities provided in the room were insufficient. Also, the terrace was nothing like what was shown in the photos. Honestly, the hotel looks much better in the pictures. The hotel rooms and terrace look much better in the photos on the booking website.

We love the location of hotel. It is very nice decorated, love the soap from aqua di parma. I would prefer more sound proof room, very noisy from the street. They are redecorating stores, picking up trash in the middle of the night. Also very lound from the hall infront of room, since we were by the reception.

The room was spacious, modern and pleasant to stay in. Location was also very convenient, very nice street and close to a lot of things. There is a restaurant at the entrance of the hotel that has a very strong fish smell that is very unpleasant.
