Decent hotel stay. Prices seem to vary wildly from good value to over priced for what it is, it’s a bit frustrating it’s not more consistent so you can rely on booking there.

A good hotel in Milan. The rooms are spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds. There is a great variety of choices at breakfast. The location is convenient, and private parking is available for an additional fee. Nothing.

Generally speaking the hotel was clean, quite and the staff were very friendly. However, the EV chargers were not working!

Everyone was super polite. They checked us in early free of charge which was amazing after a long flight. Throughout the stay each one member of the staff was friendly and willing to help, always with a smile. As a person working in hospitality-that’s how it’s done.
