Quirky hotel with great ambiance. Staff very friendly and helpful from receptionists to cleaners to baristas. Liked the chilled water on arrival and the sweets !! Didn’t have time to claim my complimentary ice cream but a great idea ! Slightly small rooms but clean and comfortable

Clean and spacious room, excellent breakfast. Very well designed lobby and overall facilities. A member of the cleaning staff entered in our room in the middle of the afternoon without even knocking at the door, which did not leave us with a great feeling about safety and privacy.

Great, near the tramlines which easily connect you to city and the tourist sites. Super comfortable room, very friendly staff, awesome amenities, easily booking taxi's for us and transport for the airport. They really go above any beyond. Restaurant is incredible too.
