He helps us to leave our luggage at the hotel while we travel to other places. I definitely recommend this place to my friends !!! I really like stay there (: They didn’t t give extra towels I stay 5 days and normally they change the towels every day !

All the staffs are so sooo polite and friendly. The self check-in was very smooth just following the instruction from the staff. We even asked for late check-in because of some trouble on the way and still they accept our request immediately, responds quickly. They helped us keeping our backpacks for sometime after we even checkout. We really appreciate that. They have a air fan. We booked a room with shared bathroom, but there was little corner with shower and face washer sink which it really helped, but overall all the furnitures are quite old and I found a hair inside my bath towel. Also there were little insects. I wish they had also a kitchen since we use shared bathroom as well. But it called hotel anyway.

nothing, to smal for the price, not even a toilet in my room. Say’s enough.

Great location for national trains and the metro; lots of local cafes, places to eat and a supermarket. Room was clean, shower had hot water. Staff were helpful. NOISE. The walls are incredibly thing and you can hear everything and everyone. If you want to sleep you will need earplugs.

Me and my partner stayed in the ground floor near reception. We did not get proper sleep as the area was very noisy all night long. Soundproofing of the room was very poor. The facilities were decent.

It was clean, we did not hope it would be! location is also great! It also feels save inside. The door is made of carton and completely not soundproof.

They gave us a room that was not the one in the photos. We had a feeling that we were back in the 90s.There were bugs and insects everywhere. It was just scary to be there. I don't recommend THIS.
