Dear concern, Please note that, this is note hotel, its like pet house, even people try keep their pet house more clean. How it is possible that a hotel room door lock(broken) is not working,will you sleep in hotel opening the door.?no remote for the Air-conditioning. How booking.com registered this types of hotel. I am only staying this hotel because i Don't have any choice right now,i have kids with me at mid night at milan. I would be more good if i stay bus stoppage or train station. Very sad. I spent 86 euro here.this is not a joke. Please see the attachment It’s like waste of money. That hotel room is like prison cell.I can't express my word, how it was. Today I promised I will never come Italy. I was just thinking, how booking. Com register this types of hotel.?

Was not too expensive Toilet was not clean no tissue in toilet no hand wash no slipper. Room showed online 3 separate bedroom but it was only 2 bed in room. Tv was not working and fan was faulty broken
