I only like the reception staff specially one guy with glasses he was helpful The location is quite far as it seems it seems in the maps, also the WiFi is very bad, and the there is only one socket if you would like to charge your phone or anything you have to go under the TV There is nothing in sides of bad and the last thing is there is literally nothing in the hotel no facilities nothing to do

Don’t worth 4 star hotel skills

Staff were unprofessional and rude. We paid for the breakfast on the day of arrival. Each time, we went to have breakfast, they stopped us to confirm it with front desk.

The worst Location next to projects nothing around, scary look in to google map you will see how isolated is the hotel

Wonderful staff and one of the best parking we've ever had in a big city!

The balcony is shared with the adjacent room, and there's noise from the machines on the ceiling. There's no coffee/tea maker in the room, and no ironing service; you have to go behind the reception desk to iron your own clothes by yourself! The pillows are very high and hard and can hurt your neck.

Very clean. Breakfast had everything and the taste was decent. Staff was very friendly. Quiet, clean, and green neighborhood. I liked everything, but only the drawback for the place is that the subway line is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, which I do not mind. Once you reach the subway line, then everywhere place in Milan is in reachable distance. Plus, the subway stop near the hotel, called CAMPASINA, which is the first one when departing and the last one when arriving, so total vacancy at departing and no fear of missing your stop when coming back.
