The balcony wall was not locking and this was a concern for me.

The staff was helpful and location was near restaurants and bars No extra towels, but that was no big deal.

THE HOST WAS LOVELY. ACCOMMODATED A LAST MINUTE BOOKING AND WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. WOULD RECOMMEND.

Very nice staff, the location was good, we had a very nice and big terrace as we didn't expected so it was a bonus for us. The room and bathroom was clean and good. -

Bathroom was good. The morning staff was very good and very helpful. Too many stairs, the night receptionist was rude and very ill behaved. Very shabby room and the beds were not comfortable.

The bed wasn’t too bad No AC and the room was extremely cold, the shower is awful as I couldn’t even walk into it properly and had to squeeze in and out of it as the doors barely open. The floor was dirty all around but especially under the bed. The staff was also a bit weird and pushy about the city tax despite me saying I would go to the cash machine and get it shortly.

This hotel has a very low rating, but I felt it was completely unjustified. True, it has little taste in decor (apart from the quite smart bathroom)... but it was absolutely clean, functional and spacious... The alley leading to the Hotel was dark and shabby looking. Once inside the reception is not that inviting but upstair, in the rest of the hotel, it's is very very acceptable. I didn't like the 10 euro surcharge for checking in after 10pm - the usual⁶ Italian style trick of scrounging more money off you any way they can. It is written in the small print, so I wasn't arguing.
