I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The room window was broken, the room had not been properly cleaned or serviced, and overall everything was in very poor condition. Location was not important to me, but the low standard of facilities—especially for a hotel claiming to be 4 stars—was surprising and disappointing. The level of service and amenities was absolutely not consistent with a 4-star hotel. The situation was so unacceptable that I decided to leave immediately after check-in and change my hotel.

It’s not worth the price taking in consideration the poor breakfast with bugs around . No fruit , no fresh juice , nothing to be happy with It’s not worth the price at all . Need repairs and new furniture. Bathroom floor always full of water after tabling shower . You need curtain and a lot work to be done in this facility

I don’t like anything Everything, the breakfast was disgusting short selection, I don’t recommend to anyone this hotel , they don’t clean the person who clean give to us a dirty towel and the pillow was with mould everything was disgusting

NOTHING This is not a 4 star hotel, it is under 1 star. In all my traveling I have never stayed in anything worse than this hotel. The breakfast was a joke, rusty salt scales, apart from fruit and boiled eggs there was not much to eat to keep your stomach from breaking. This is our 4th time in Milan, lucky it was a transit day this time. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Close to metro station. Fast comunication with reception by the messages. The condition of the room was disappointing. We could feel a draft coming through the windows, and the air conditioning was excessively loud, making it difficult to relax. In the bathroom, the window was precariously held in place by a small metal piece, which didn’t feel secure. The showerhead was dirty, and water came out from a small area with such high pressure that it felt harsh and uncomfortable, almost like it could peel off my skin. Additionally, there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the bathroom, which was far from pleasant. The breakfast offered was extremely basic and lacked variety or quality.

The receptionist was excellent, he was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a big No. only boiled eggs and brioche. Room was not very vell cleaned.
