Highly recommended. The staff were extremly helpful and very responsive. The room was clean and very confortable. There is small fridge in the room, it can get a little bit noisy, but it's not a big deal.

The room: The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was small but well laid out with a good size bathroom and excellent shower; all very clean. Location: Fantastic... a great location with access to trams or easy walking to the main areas (Duomo, Centrale, main shopping streets, parks etc) as well as fabulous places to eat nearby. Breakfast: the room and available food was excellent. Beautifully presented, everything is fresh and tasty. An excellent choice of food and drink. Staff: Very friendly and helpful... Great recommendations for food when be first arrived in the evening. Nothing I didn't like but the noise from the trams running in the street took a little getting used to.

The hotel is clean, the location is good, and the breakfast is excellent. The staff is courteous, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Overall, a good choice for a short stay.

Location and easy access to the shops or tram. Great walking distance also. The entry lobby and free access to water. Loved the basement breakfast gets you up and going for city morning walks. Nothing, can't fault it. Practical with essential comforts.

Location is fantastic, very clean , nice staff , a lot to do around , but still calm area. The room was slightly small, but that’s about normal in Europe.

Basic hotel close to Milan centre A bit too basic and breakfast was also basic. Would have expected a bit more.

The location was excellent, very central and close to the Metro. The room and facilities were very clean and thr staff were all delightful and very helpful. We did have an issue with the shower drain when we first arrived but the staff were very quick to resolve this issue.

The location is quite nice, reachable by tram 9 from milan central station. There is a water dispenser in the hotel which can be used anytime, there is a small fridge in the room, the bathroom was quite big. Duomo can be reached by a 25 min walk or tram which is very close to the hotel. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly.

Staff were helpful Near to the metro and tram and also nice bars and restaurants Bed comfortable and shower good Good continental breakfast and they cooked omelet on request The room was too small for the bed. We are not big people and had to turn sideways to get round the end of the bed. We had to duck to ensure not hitting our shoulders on the TV
