Everything was very good, the breakfast is at cafeteria next to the location, classic Italian breakfast. I recommend the location, next time for sure we will chose the same location. Highly recommended Nothing!

Comfy bed, spacious bathroom, easy access, good breakfast in proximity of the accommodation, great amenities and I really appreciated having the refrigerator refilled with water daily. Nothing worth mentioning really, we were satisfied for the purpose of our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room and bathroom were excellent. The breakfast, taken at Rocca cafe opposite, was great! Freshly squeezed orange juice, assorted brioche (or something savoury) and whatever coffee you fancied. Rocca is a place where the locals meet - not a tourist in sight, apart from us. It's not a touristy area. An unexpected highlight at the hotel was Julietta, the cleaner! We didn't see any other staff - it's all digital so don't lose your phone! Julietta was a joy! We used Google Translate to ask any questions and to have some very smiley conversations! Initial impression of the narrow stone stairs once inside the hotel does not augur well but honestly it's fine once you are in your room!

Very clean and spacious. Too far away. By taxi, you need to pay at least 35 euros to get to and from the Central Station. The process of registration is cumbersome. For security, there are 3 doors you need to open to get into your room. Can be quite challenging. Although the staff is quick to respond, there is no face-to-face contact.

The location was very good, 10-15 min walk to Navigli and around 10 minutes walk to subway station. There's a Lidl at 3 minutes walk and there are some restaurants in the area. Room was clean and we'd get new towels everyday, also staff is very friendly. Having breakfast was a bit weird as you had to go to the cafe across the street or on Sunday and when that was close you'd have to go 30 meters at another cafe. On both cafes you have to choose from pastries, fresh juice and coffee.

The breakfast was amazing, right on the other side of the street. Would love it to be a bit more in quantity but the quality was great There is no elevator
