Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Milano

It's my second stay at this hotel. Standard double room was spacious, but the hotel is quite old and rusty, with lime in the shower and quite a ragged feeling. Speaking of old - see below for negative points. Breakfast was ok and varied, coffee machine is average but you can ask the staff for a normal espresso. The hotel is located in a quiet area but a bit far from the center, and a little walk with your luggage is required from Turro station, where the elevator was broken by the way. The hotel is currenty under renovation, and this is not mentioned anywhere. When I arrived, I was hoping for some afternoon nap, but then I heard the drilling... I had to ask the staff to change the room and they did without any problems. Note that there are several buidlings in the hotel, and the drilling was only in the tower A. The new room in tower C was better, but not perfect - the electricity went on and off a couple of times in the middle of the night, and you could hear water dropping from somewhere behind the toilet, but it was less critical than drilling. Then, the hairdryer died on me after 5 minutes, but the staff quickly brought a replacement. The staff seems to be used to solving problems, so I would like to thank the manager and the reception staff for the responsiveness.

Hotel is so peaceful and full of green, we love that. 15 mins away to center and that natural together Should be better restaurant and spa.

Hotel does the job, but nothing really excites you. As a 4 start, I would expect a bit nicer and at least smiling staff. Room was clean and the room service did really good job. The location is not the best, but if you have something nearby you are travelling for, it makes sense to stay there. The rooms have huge balconys, but you cannot really step on them, the floor was too dirty (I get it is cold already, but could be cleaned). The reception at the checkin didn't mention anything, not even when the breakfast goes etc. Small details can go long ways.

Great stay. Very spacious room and clean, with big balconies. Nice garden next to the breakfast area. Free parking, very convenient. Breakfast is good but could be richer.

The cleanliness is good and free parking The air conditioner was very bad and was only giving off humidity and water droplets.

The reception staff was very friendly and very supportive. Thanks to Caterina we had a great stay at Ramada Plaza. Parking is free at the facility, which is a major added value. The breakfast at morning was crowded, probably because of hot season.

Spacious Apartment The neighborhood

Spacious, clean, and comfortable, room is bigger than standard European hotels, free parking, and great breakfast. we came to the hotel early and we are able to early check-in which is great for us to get ready for exploring Milan. Hotel is located out of busy area in Milan and very quiet at night A bit walk to Metro (10-15mins) but it is very safe to walk at night.

Underground garage - a bit scary, old and empty. We rather parked our car at hotel courtyard.

Comfortable beds, size of the apartment was good and free parking. Location, old buildings, and we ordered slippers and we didn’t get any!

Studio room- big and comfortable . Very good kitchen . Big Balcony. Very good isolalation . Nice garden with pool. Temperature outside and in the swimming pool .
