The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel looked well maintained overall. We appreciated the fact we were able to check in early and the staff was really friendly and accommodating. The main issue was the temperature in the room. It was only 17.8 °C on arrival and remained cold throughout our stay. The bathroom was extremely cold, and every visit felt uncomfortable. We did change the thermostat and it was a bit better close to the door, but it was still very cold next to the window and in the

I didn’t stay there because they asked me to cancel on the day of my travel. They promised to refund me but didn’t honour that promise and instead just took my money. They didn’t honour my refund after asking me to cancel and took my money when I didn’t stay there.

The isolation on the property is bad, lots of noise from other rooms and stairways

I did like the bed very confi. I didn't like the that the receptionist she didn't let my brother to get to the room to get change and use the toilet as the room was booked for 1 person and my brother he was there just for show me Milan and have a dinner before to get back home.

The hotel is in a relatively good location, it's nearby the Loreto metro station, which is a good stop to get anywhere you need in Milan. The rooms are small but clean with a big bed - there's everything you need, including hair drier, towels, toilet paper and slippers. My favorite part about this hotel was the owner. She is an absolute pleasure to be around, extremely kind, and always willing to help you - she let us keep our luggage in the hotel after checking out so we would be free to walk around the whole day before our plane ride! 10/10 would highly recommend - side note, the owner has a cute dog too. ? Nothing in particular - note that there is something called a tourist tax that is calculated based on the number of days you stayed, it's not written the Booking site.

Was too loud and I'm not talking about outside noises. On top floor somebody was moving furniture every night, doors are not soundproof so every night you can literally hear every sound of TV or somebody talking, couldn't sleep at all
