It is what can be expected from a 2-star hotel in Milano. For me the location was most important, close to Lambrate. I am sure there are better hotels but these are also much more expensive. It was clean and I got a coffee and a croissant for breakfast. It was still noisy also during the night as trams and ambulances past by. The infrastructure is used and should be renewed better sooner than later. The staff is doing its best with the limited possibilities.

I was supposed to get a third floor room but with no elevator, the host found me sort of a maintenance room. I was ok with it. There was no breakfast as advertised so the clerk went out and bought me a pastry which was nice. It was very close to train and bus stations. Recommended pizza across the street was TERRIBLE. worst I've ever eaten. No a/c or fan.

The owner was very kind and friendly. The metro station is around 5 minutes on foot, so we could get to the city centre in 15 minutes. The street was very noise at night. The tram and the carbage truck was very loud.

Basic room, good for a short stay right next to Lambrate station.

The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth and easy. The room & toilet was clean, towels & hairdryer was provided, and the aircon was turned on in the night. A simple breakfast was included. Overall, the stay was fuss-free and perfect for a quick recharge! Good value for the price.

the staff was really nice considering Milano and prices, it wasnt bad. our room was oriented to the main street which was quite noisy during the night and it didnt smell good but ot eas the street - not the hotel.
