The location was good for me, because of work, and it was close enough to a U station and some buses and tram lines. The room was really sad, honestly, at least a warmer lighting would have made a huge difference. Also, the cleanliness was questionable, and the shower needed some serious deep cleaning. The room was super cold at night, and the AC went from 0 to 100, so either too cold or too hot. If you're looking for natural lighting, this ground level accommodation is not for you, I tried working in room desk but ended going to a different cafe everyday.

Very clean The shower wasn’t work for 2 people. My stayed was 4 days. I took a cold shower for 2 days. The another days my daughter took a shower very very fast to let warm water for me.

Good location ,Clean Difficulty in receiving the code,difficult to find the place at midnight, there was no light near the front door,kind of scaring situation for woman solo traveler,luckily the cab waited until I was able to enter the code and open the door.Next morning I was obligated to be at the reception,in another building between 9:30 and10:30 am and nobody was there,until a cleaning guy found a way to call the receptionist.

Maybe the toilet bowl was broken, it has flowed without stop after flushing.

Location- close to metro, trams and buses but also in walking distance to many attractions Nice restaurants and supermarket on same street. Netflix, you tube works on TV in the room The mattress on the bed eas a little to firm for us, it was clean, modern but harder than I'd choose. Not all plug sockets worked

I like that the property was very close to the metro station which could take you to anywhere around the city. The room was clean and exactly how it shows in the pictures. 10/10. It’s a great deal for the price and I will definitely recommend it to everybody who plan on staying in Milan for a few days.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed. We truly appreciated the cozy atmosphere - a great place to unwind! There truly wasn’t a single thing we found disappointing during our stay. Every detail felt well thought out, from the smooth check-in process to the ambiance of the room. Everything worked perfectly. It’s rare to have a stay where nothing feels lacking, but this was one of those great experiences.

It was clean, the neighbourhood was safe, the metro station was very close and we were able to reach Duomo and Milano Centrale very fast. It was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming and they cleaned each day during our stay. It was a problem with the towels in our first day, the towels were dirty, but we got help right away from the staff and they change it.
