Bed was very uncomfortable (hard) and there were bugs in the restroom and also hair from previous guests. There was also a bit of mold growing in the shower. It was disgusting. Spent only one night so didn’t complain but it wasn’t at all what expected.

On-Line place looks interesting and well located. In reality not a hotel, more of a pension right above a loud restaurant operating past midnight. Update as of July 27, 2026 - not only did we not stay at this site (May 2026), not only did they keep our full 3 nights fees - after decided not to stay as per below, they have refused to even honor their commitment to refund the 1 night stay they offered to do ... We cancelled our stay upon arrival. This facility/wouldn't call it a hotel, is right about a very busy and loud bar restaurant with constant and loud music. First dissatisfaction was that room assigned to us was right above the main dinning hall of the restaurant and the noise was unbearable. The restaurant waiter that took us to the room assured us the room is muffled once room door was closed, and coerced us into paying the 3 nights on the spot. Once we entered the room and locked the door it was clear noise was not in any way reduced, and place is opened until passed midnight. We requested a room cancellation and refund given the circumstances, The restaurant manager, not sure what his relationship with rooms operator, spoke with someone running the room business Manuela, who offered to refund 1 or the 3 nights via a wire transfer. We had no time to argue at that point since my wife and I were on our 3 days holiday in Milan and decided to grab a taxi and found a significantly better real luxury hotel available also via Booking - Hotel Manzoni - highly recommended - for an identical cost. Now we are out Euro 1,347 and expecting Booking to assist us in getting a full refund. You should all be aware this is more like a pension. Access is inside the restaurant or via a dark back alleyway.

Fabulous location, amazingly beautiful room (Fiori Chiari) and great staff. Vanessa and her husband are so warm and friendly, and the room is immaculately prepared by them. Wish we had time for a longer stay. Nothing

Locanda Pandenus Brera nails the small-hotel experience — just four rooms, each done up in velvet, marble, and timber that feels elegant, not staged. Ours was spotless, spacious, and well thought out down to the shower and toiletries. The location is unbeatable: deep in Brera's gallery-lined streets, two minutes from Lanza metro, with the Pandenus café-bistro downstairs serving breakfast through late evening — perfect for a coffee or aperitivo without leaving the building. Very stylish and spacious room with a comfy bed and great location near La Scala, the Duomo and the restaurants of Brera. The air conditioning worked very well. Our host was absolutely lovely. There wasn’t much natural light in the room (the windows coverings were blocking views of stairwells), but the room was an oasis of cool, calm, and quiet, so this wasn’t really a big sacrifice.
