We liked the included breakfast and the pool area. Super beautiful and spacious. I did not like that the staff was not enthusiastic at all. They rarely greeted us or made us feel welcomed. I also did not like how our air conditioning was not working. If a hotel says AC is in the room it should work no matter the season. I also did not like how there was no obvious walking path to and from the main road. The road to the hotel is very curved and busy with cars and all 'side walks' were over grown.

Pool was ice cold, room was too hot and when we asked why we couldn’t lower the temperature we were told the system is off in the spring. Had to sleep with the doors open which wasn’t good as no screens so bugs came in and also the light from the outside. Other than that I’m sure in the summer it would be lovely.

Spectacular room and location overlooking Millazzo with a great balcony overlooking the pool. Hotel is a quirky design and rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great every morning with fresh coffee and local produce. I would recommend this hotel! Nothing!

Fantastic view, very clean very helpful staff great food Nothing to dislike

Facilities were really nice, room was a great value, staff was helpful. Great location for walking to nearby sights and restaurants. Breakfast was good, and they held our bags for us after checkout as we had a few hours to kill before our boat sailed. Didn't like that we only stayed one night! Will definitely stay there again when we're back to Sicily!

The property is located in an ideal location. The landscape is very beautiful with two great pools, one of them surrounded by olive trees as well as other beautiful trees and plants. Both pools offer a fantastic view of the mountains, the sea, the picturesque town of Milazzo and its 1200 year old castle overlooking the town. The room with a sea view offers a beautiful look at the port and the mountains in the background. Other than its beauty and well maintained hotel, the staff is one of its greatest assets, great management team, employees always willing to help, professional, knowledgeable and always provide excellent service and assistance. The rooms are an adequate size, clean and very comfortable beds. Breakfast is very good with a variety of choices, including a lot the local fruits that grow in Sicily. This time we were able to attend a couple of very nice events for a very reasonable price per person including good entertainment. No complaints or suggestions. Enjoyed our stay a lot.

Loved the location, our shower was suspect and dangerous you need to remodel the bathroom! 205 room too slippery, water from shower went all over the floor too deep to get into the step was dangerous as well Shower

The view and the level of service. The fact that parking exist is fantastic but having the limited spots for guests is unnervingly unnecessary. There is a mini soccer court on property next to a small guest lot and this is pointless and unused. Get rid of the soccer lot and make it additional guest parking only and then you have the best hotel in Milazzo hands down.

I found the front desk people abrupt, it had the feeling that they were going out of their way to respond. Asked for them to call a taxi and Stephanopoulos told me to wait awhile

Anna Marie the receptionist was amazingly helpful advising, giving information and called a taxi for our trip to Vulcano, which she helped us organise. The hotel is clean, stunning view of the port from the restaurant and one of the pools. Breakfast was very good, would definitely stay again. Looked after our bags and let us leave our car at the hotel all day on the day we checked out. Great hotel all round would certainly stay again There was nothing to dislike

Good facility, nice swimming pool. Room is very clean. Breakfast is not so good. Restaurant food is not really four stars level.

Location and view from the rooms Not able to use the pool area for the first day. Noise all day of those cutting down and removing the tree!

We liked everyhing, the staff was nice, the breakfast is delicious. Our room was HUGE compared to other hotel rooms. We loved our terrace especially with the sea view. We rebooked it and canceled our other hotel this shows how much we loved it!

Suite was nicely configured, 2 beds, 2 baths, kitchen and common areas. Showers were clean and well designed Parking! There was very limited parking, the mojority of it being up 3 levels of hills. Hotel is at the top of a very steep hill so parking on the main street is not an option. There seemed to be a large event going on at the hotel. There were lots of guests (large party?) clogging the reception area as well as the drop/off load-in.

Great location. I thought I'd booked a room with a view. When I realised it had a balcony but was an internal room they changed the room which was available (it was winter) for free and an amazing view it was. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As we were tired and it was rather cold we ate hesitantly at attached restaurant. We did not have to worry, the food was superb as was the service. There was no kettle and for one night I didn't bother asking.
