Nice and comfortable room Friendly and smiling staff. The shower is a bit tiny. You touch the faucet when you turn around and you cut off the water.

good breakfast Bathroom tiles are not very clean, probably need to be renewed. 5€ for bicycle parking is ridiculous, I parked in the street instead.

Great beds, small shower cabin. Ac was not working, shower cabin is way too small, and the road next to hotel is very loud.

The stuff was super freindly and alowed us to do a check in already at 11 am, so we could catch the boat to eolian islands, we could also leave the car there without any problems.

Close to the port PARKING - it terrible you should let customers know the difficulty getting in and out of the garage. especially if the car - mid size. Milazzo is so dirty. the sidewalks are disgusting with Dog feces everywhere. you should provide this to city of Milazzo.| Breakfast is not replenished when they are empty. Staff are rude except for the young girl. Gluten free options for breakfast are very limited. Only hotel out 9 on trip where staff were not friendly. No good morning, no hello, no acknowledgement for the guests, Not impressed. very big difference from our stay 10 years ago!

Property was close to the port where we needed to be as we travelled to the aeolian islands. Location was good. Many bars and restaurants no need for a cab. The parking was perfect if you have a car.

This is a traditional, well run hotel with all the amenities you could want. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help

Nice and clean. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. They mentioned that they are close to the beach. In fact, they far away from the closest swimming beach.
