Ground level room, curtains didn't shut completely and street lights were lighting up the room all night. Delivery truck pulled up right next to my window at 730am on a Saturday and was slamming around making tons of noise that woke me up and kept me from going back to sleep. Cleaning staff were also super loud right outside my door. The hotel also charged me twice for the room so I had to make sure I got a refund before I left.

Poor choice. No refund even if you cancel within minutes. I have stayed here couple of times but nothing matters when we ask for a date change or refund. Property don’t even responds to you

It was comfortable and conveniently located. The ev charger wasn't working. This is why we chose this specific hotel and it was disappointing we couldn't charge overnight. Hotel is currently under construction.

The staff was helpful When we arrived, at 4pm. Rooms not ready. Had to wait an hour. They are closing the hotel and converting it to apartments

The evening front staff member (Saturday 2/7/26) and how she handled an unruly guest! She didn’t lose her composure and stated she’d call the police if the guest didn’t stop with poor attitude and throwing around inappropriate language!
