Size of room and how warm and cosy it was. Great location for Millau centre. pillow was a bit hard! Parking is a bit expensive (€17/night)

Very friendly welcome from thoughtful, helpful and very efficient staff. Good location in the centre of town, the room was comfortable and clean although the water pressure from the shower was a little wanting, but adequate. The breakfast was a very good, buffet style with lots of choice. The hotel car park is secure and less than a one minute walk from the hotel reception. All in all this is an excellent value hotel. not a lot, bed was clean and also the towels the hotel is dated and needs a full refurbishment. the hotel is never 4 stars

Was unable to change the booking to Ibis Budget Millau, despite it being the same hotel chain in the same town. We were travelling in vans that exceeded the height restrictions.
