Hampton Inn & Suites Millington

It was pretty close to all food places and walking distance to a bar just right out the front door. The sheets were not that clean and I did end up getting an allergy from those I’m not sure if it was the detergent or what. They did have benedryl down at from desk for me to buy tho.

Exceptional

While this looks like a clean and nice property from the exterior, sadly we had so many issues. First, we checked in and the front desk was simply overwhelmed with her job. She was friendly but continually complained about the system taking too long. We headed to our room only to find a room that someone must’ve laid in bed smoking cigarettes for 4 days straight. I called the front desk and asked to be moved to a nonsmoking room and she told me the entire property was nonsmoking and changed our room. We made it to our new room and everything looked clean and nice. Mattresses must be incredibly cheap or old with dip in the middle. Then we came back to ants all over the room crawling up the wall. My brother was in the room across from us and his entire bathroom ceiling was practically raining on him and we noticed tons of leaking ceiling tiles in the main hallway also. They changed his room for him. We did have good breakfast here and we did have clean towels each day. Overall, this hotel needs obvious upgrades and repairs.

The lady doing breakfast could stop her phone conversation for part of the time and that would be an improvement, although she was still helping people. Maybe it was a special circumstance, I don’t know. Skim milk was room temperature and so was the Hot Water. There was no orange juice throughout my stay. There weren’t enough regular tea bags and too many flavored tea bags only. No system keeping the milk cold.

Very good stay. Comfy bed and wonderful staff.

The hotel is tired and is due for a refresh. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Not a lot of selection in the Millington area, if there were better properties, I would stay there.

I like the fact chicken sausage was an option

The staff while checking into Hampton Inn was very respectful and helpful. The facility appearance and location was nice. The air conditioner never went below a certain temperature which made our uncomfortable. We just dealt with it for the night and checked out the next day.

The complimentary breakfast was awesome. The water was hot for showering. The air conditioner worked well. I rented 2 separate rooms and the TV in both rooms do not have a signal, didn't bother reporting it because it was late 11:30 p.m. when we got in so everyone was sleepy anyway. The toilet in room 404 would not flush. So glad nobody had to do the #2.

Breakfast was great. Had hot water and the air conditioner worked so that's a plus Rented 2 rooms 404 409 and TV's in both room didn't have signals. Toilet in room 404 would not flush...thank God nobody had to go #2
