Clean and friendly staff

It would have been good to have laundry machines onsite since we were there for baseball.

This was our second stay at this location and we came back because the price was very reasonable. It was 10 minutes from the location that we were commuting to and from. The rooms were spacious and cleaned in stock with all of the necessities. It’s a very quiet area and restaurants and stores are easily accessible. There’s actually a grocery store that sits right beside the hotel. Restaurants and stores are pretty much in walking distance. N/A

Room 201 has the absolute best shower water pressure of any hotel we have stayed in

The room was very reasonably priced and a great value for this price point. Check-in was excellent, and the front desk attendant accommodated my preference for a first-floor room, which made it easier to bring my luggage in. The room was spacious and extremely clean. Housekeeping was also immediately responsive when I requested items such as soap and towels. I also appreciated that the front desk granted me an extended check-out. The bed mattresses seemed too soft for my preference, and there were no USB charging ports in the room.

The staff is absolutely amazing ! Wonderful service , polite and professional! Make you feel like welcome and whatever we needed they made it happen There is nothing I didn’t like about it

The room smelled stale not fresh

There was a dirty towel with yellow crusty stuff on it on the bathroom counter, some kind of black ash?? Breakfast? There was breakfast? But it was quiet and peaceful, just outdated. Good price though. Outdated, openings at the bottom of the door which brought bugs in, stale smell, towels were discolored and seemed to have needed to be replaced, found an Oreo by the sofa so I don’t think the room was cleaned prior.

Comfy bed Had to leave earlier than planned said they "couldn't refund all unused days".

Clean rooms No breakfast or amenities

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. It looked like the room had been remodeled, new paint etc. The room was pretty large with two beds and small couch. Overall for a motel and rooms that have outside doors it seemed very clean and well maintained. No breakfast. We found a stain on the "fitted" sheet and asked for a new sheet.

It appears there are a few longer-term residents staying there (as evidenced by the grill outside and chairs outside). These residents were quiet and friendly enough, but they were often hanging around outside their rooms. Linens were clean, but threadbare and need to be replaced.

The property was very clean and staff was very helpful!
