There were a lot of wasps around and at first it was quite difficult to figure out how to get to the beaches (staff was not very helpful in this department)

It was very clean and accommodating. Air conditioned rooms! Quick and walkable access to the neighboring towns which all have excellent food and shops. The views both uphill towards the temple and down to the coast are very nice. The cafe downstairs was an amazing place to socialize with the friendly hosts over breakfast or a coffee. No complaints! Perfect place for our stay.

Our stay at Arethousa was perfect. Our room was charming, very comfortable, clean, offered great A/C, and was decent in size. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. Everything was made to order, was fresh, and served in generous portions. The location was great! Although it was not in the center of Plaka, it was only a few minutes walk away. The hotel also offered private parking for guests which was super convenient. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Another plus was that right next to the hotel was a laundry mat and a 4-wheeler rental shop.

A perfect location and the most lovely couple running the hotel/bakery combo. Great breakfast included and the most well taken care of hotel rooms I’ve ever seen.

The bathroom was nice and clean, but maybe it could be renovated to fit better the rest of the room.

super clean and well maintained

The staff was very kind, the location was perfect, and the free breakfast was a huge plus. The room was also very comfortable and quite spacious for two. It felt very clean and they had housekeeping everyday. I also loved the location - it was only a 5min walk from Plaka village. I definitely recommend renting a car, especially if staying in Plaka in order to visit the beaches throughout the island.

Perfect location and it was like have a holiday with your family. All the staff were so amazing kind, helpful and welcoming. It didn’t affect me but if you like quiet ask for a back room. When the doors are closed and aircon is on it’s super quiet. No clothing washing facilities but supposedly there will be one for next year

Our room was extremely clean and super comfortable. The location was great; bus stop around the corner, bike/atv rental next door and a short stroll in to Plaka town. The best part of our stay at Arethousa was the fantastic staff. Our ferry was delayed and despite arriving after midnight, we were greeted by the super friendly owner who showed us around the room and answered our questions without any frustration. His English is superb and his sense of humour even better. Breakfast from his bakery underneath was included and fabulous. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are planning to go to Milos.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Giving advice on where to go on a windy day. They give you the most tasty chocolate cake on arrival ?. Loved the room, quiet at night, so that you can rest. Close to the main attractions. ?? I liked everything. No bad to say ??????

We really enjoyed our stay at Arethousa, location was great and the room had everything we needed. We felt very welcomed by the staff, Adonis was super hospitable and so friendly, as was his family. They have a great cafe below the apartments which was lovely for breakfast. Plus points for the lovely cats, especially dear Poppy! Nothing

Excepcional hotel It was an absolute pleasure to spend 5 nights in Arethousa. Antoni and the family are extremely nice and make you feel like home. The bedroom was great, with all the neccesary equipment. Also it is well located, 2 mins away of Plaka center and 1min away from bus station. Breakfast is homemade and amazing. Highly recommended.
