Be careful this place really dirty my room was smelling urine, If you are the manager, you need to check everything. The refrigerator make a big sound, customers can not sleep well. Special, I do not know why you keep this hotel in your list! I always trust Expedia to make my reservations, but this one was the worst.

Bugs on the floor in the lobby. They took an additional $100 deposit from me that has posted to my credit card but not been returned. It has been a week already and they told me 48 hrs

I liked that it was right off the interstate. Cleanliness and breakfast. We found some trash behind the bed and there was no breakfast.

Location to the airport Called for shuttle and was hung up on twice. One person checking people in with 15 customers in line. FOUND STAINS ON MY SHEETS Airport shuttle didn’t start until noon.

Main door broken, same wrapper in the elevator the whole 6 days of our stay, shady hotel all around. Beds also VERY uncomfortable sheets were so scratchy we had to buy our own for the stay. Will not be coming back

Staff was nice, cleanliness was fair, honestly, decent choice for my one night stay. The bed was too firm, so it was uncomfortable.

Room smelled like cigarettes, front door was broken and side door was taped up, room had dirty towel behind the couch with brown stuff on it and no cleaning people there to take care of it, bathroom had cigarette burns all over the vanity, bathroom had a plug in that was burned. Pretty sure this isnt a regular hotel by the other people coming and going. Dated, stinky, and not clean. I wouldn't go back and don't recommend. Check fire codes!

No housekeeping check during stay. The room was ready when I arrived. Anything I needed I had to go to the Front Desk.

Close proximity to the event I was going to easy access to the highway The main door must’ve been broken and the side door we had to use had duct tape over the lock, so there was no security needing a card to enter at night. Anybody could’ve walked in. It was not clean, there were stains all over the walls in the bathroom Some of the baseboard tile was coming off the wall. And there was no coffee available in the room and I didn’t see any out by the reception desk
