The Iron Horse Hotel

Great overnight stay at the Iron Horse Hotel! We loved the vibe and atmosphere. The outside dining and entertainment space was excellent! Food was delicious. The rooms were very clean and we enjoyed the industrial touches to the decor. The gym area could use some additional machines. Check in and out was a little confusing and the valet didn’t include the proper charges, so now we need to follow up with the hotel. Kind of annoying. Otherwise, we’re definitely coming back!

Great atmosphere - very friendly staff!

We loved the Iron Horse Hotel! It was very clean, beautiful and perfect in every way. We liked that we could walk to the HD museum and that we could park our motorcycles for free. We loved the restaurant.

What a cool hotel! Easy to get to. I can honestly say I’ve never stayed anywhere like this… Quite the experience.

Location Had to ask for towel did not restock toilet tissue had to go to the front desk to get tp had to go to desk to towels room was not bused. Dirty glasses etc were let on desk not removed beds were made glasses were not replaced Fan Coil ceiling unit leaked on the bench and floor and into the closet Towels were left in the hallway by someone for two days Not what we expected I have photos I can send

Great room, great location. Very walkable to all the fun stuff in Walkers Point. Lil disappointed in the fact there was no daily service, trash wasn’t emptied and we had to ask for towels during a 4 nights stay. But rest assured, they were beating on that door early on the day of check out!

This was a staycation for my husband and I; and we had a relaxing time together.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, if not the best. Very nice, clean and safe. Excellent staff. Very very cool character (motorcycle, art and rustic themed). 3 bars (2 inside and one outside). Amazing back patio area that has excellent indoor/outdoor space (covered so even if it's raining it's perfect for outside). Hotel rooms and bathrooms are huge and very nice. Location is perfect (walking distance to the Harley Museum and about a 5 minute uber ride to the center city areas). Free covered-parking right out front for motorcycles and paid parking next to the hotel for cars. All in all this is an amazing hotel and I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Great place to stay!! Very unique, love the decor!! This place has it all, great food, breakfast, free coffee, great bars, fantastic outside seating/dining, excellent location and great staff!! Next time I’m in Milwaukee, I will definitely stay at the Iron Horse!!

Great hotel, comfortable beds, staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious, a bit over priced, the bar was fun either way lots of games, great beers too. Perfectly located near a river walk and a brewery and Irish pub!

Services and staff are lacking as compared to just 2 years ago. Great restaurant and bar staff. A cool building and location, but sadly, not worth the money anymore.

Check-in was easy and the staff is very friendly. Lovely old building that has been nicely renovated. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was nice. Parking was a mess. There is a structure next door you can park in if you don’t want to do the valet. But when we tried to park there, they only have an option to pay on the phone and you had to “confirm your cell number” with a texted code that is provided. But it took over an hour to get the code. Hotel staff was not able to give any insight. Very frustrating when we arrived.
