This hotel is embedded in a huge park. The park is a maze bringing you from one incredibly beautiful little nook to another. I bought my reservation during a time when the rooms were discounted. You are isolated a bit. If you want to pop into a convenience store and you haven't got a car, well, you might be able to work something out with the shuttle?

Nice facility, good onsen. beds were very comfortable and rooms spacious with great view. Noisy families, many spoiled kids running wild or screaming, The place is too far up narrow road from restaurants and stores. expensive buffet dinner when too foggy to drive down the twisty road.

My companion (not me) had a small complaint that the bed was not wide enough. However she did get a good night's sleep.

The quality of meals was very low and restaurant was too crowded . And after breakfast till diner there was no any coffee shop or restaurant open to have a hot drink or meal. Unorganized front desk and crowded breakfast and diner place.

the staff were all friendly specially Kosumi san. We have an extended stay and would like to stay in the same room and Kosumi san and Thapa helped and we can stay in the same room. The room is huge with a great Seaview which we can see Mt Fuji. The sunset view from our room were perfect. Nothing

Also Thapa front desk manager. When we decided to extend one night staying and would like to stay in the same room Kosumi san and Thapa helps and we can stay in the same room. 2 drinks session were offered everyday and this make guests very relax when traveling around Minamiboso and Tateyama. Also the 大浴場were so impressed with spacious shower area. Kosumi san also help us make reservation for restaurants he is so nice and sweet. Also the parking is free of charge. N.A

Food is good, big rooms nice lounge and common spaces, amazing area, great spa Food prices are too expensive, staff doesn’t speak english

Very family friendly - lots of supply for babies (baby soap, bottle sterilizer, strollers I think even) Outdoor Pool: every hour you have to break for 10 minutes and everybody has to leave the pool. No lunch offered at the restaurant (nor through room service). Best option is the convenient store around 8 minutes by car from the hotel

Spacious, nice ocean views. Beach front park walk is right next to the property. Loved the 3pm free drinks session in the bar area. Food buffet quality wasn’t as good as last time but still satisfactory.

Definitely worth the price. They had a really nice public bath and an onsen which helped me relax. If you are bringing kids, this is a nice place since they have a big kids space to have a lot of fun. They also have a nice service snacks/ alcohol. I got to taste different kinds of alcohol and Japanese snacks!

ocean view from the room. free drink in the lounge beer wine and coffee and snacks was good? mold in the toilet dirty glassen in the buffet .staft are not accomodating?

The rooms were very clean and modern. Really enjoyed the onsen as well. The iced tea, amazake, and other beverages in the lounge after the bath were wonderful. Parking was very full when we arrived at 6:30pm.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The check-in was fast and there were more options in the breakfast than I expected. The walking trails around the hotel were beautiful so, overall it was a very pleasant stay. However; I wish the season for the pool was explained better in the description. And some items in the breakfast don’t get re-filled, so if you’d like to try everything go early in the morning.
