Radisson RED Minneapolis Downtown

I liked the location, the room, and the lobby were all good. Refreshingly different hotel. Parking was not onsite so that was a minor hassle. I would stay here again.

The staff was awesome and very helpful i lived the atmosphere it wasn't ghetto the front desk was awesome it was very clean and sanitized I loved the bathrooms and there breakfast was to die for id recommend this hotel to anyone all family and friends the prices were awesome as well thank you for making my stay so pleasant

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff were very kind, helpful, and courteous. I traveled with a small dog, and I definitely appreciate they do not charge an extra fee, which contributed to my decision to select this hotel. I was not disappointed and will be staying there again. Elektra, bartender, was great as well so grab a drink from her when you’re there and also check out a place around the corner called Off The Rails. The hotel is also located right around the corner from the US Bank Stadium light rail stop, which is a convenient perk and an all day pass is five dollars. I definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Minneapolis.

My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Wonderful place to stay!

Didn't know until I got to the location that I had to pay $35 a day for parking, no garbage bags in the trash cans for the room so I had to keep bringing my garbage to the trash can by the elevators and the fridge you have to turn on every 2 hours just to keep food cold so you're forced to wake every 2 hours during the night just to make sure your food doesn't spoil.

Great staff, spacious room. Nice area of town. Very close to local transit and the stadium.

The room is very nice. There is a small refrigerator. There is a microwave in the hallway. There is filtered water in the gym. The hotel was very quiet. The bed is good. My only suggestion is to not use the shampoo in the bathroom. It is terrible. The water pressure isn't so good. The hotel has ping pong if you are a fan. I would definitely come back to stay.

The bathrooms need counters

Check in/out staff was excellent, extremely professional and helpful! Bathroom was not clean completely (hair on toilet seat, unknown substance on wall and garbage can), room itself furniture was not clean and table was worn. Thermostat battery was low so thermostat did not stay at temperature when we left, shut off and room was very warm when we returned late at night. Parking garage was great option.

There aren't any microwaves in the rooms. It is an inconvenience for the customers.

Exceptional

Radisson used to be a top-flight hotel chain. The Radisson Red was more like a dorm than hotel -- minimalist furnishings, no lobby, plastic everything. Only thing missing was bunk beds.

Coffee was not great. Not available for early risers

My only complaint is that the parking in the under ground parking or the hotels above ground parking fills up fast and they don’t have enough spots for all the rooms. This stay I had to park on the street and the Minneapolis parking app was very confusing for someone who doesn’t use parking apps all that often. It has many modern upgrades and amenities, like the selfie wall and the overall look of the rooms. Would recommend this hotel to anyone that has events in the Minneapolis area!

Location and clean The guy at the counter was rude. Horrible customer service. Price for parking was ridiculous. Never will stay here again.
