Room is clean and spacious. But air conditioning system keep only to 18 or 19 degrees is very cold. The blanket not warm enough. Convenient and quiet. Breakfast is good

The breakfast was brilliant, the rooms had great sound proofing, they where clean, professional, comfortable. could not complain at all about it. location was central to everything. Great bed, and good water pressure Waffle maker. But really it was excelent, could not recomend it enough

The room cleaning service cleaned the bathroom, but left all the toiletries topple over the sink counter. Same with the stuff on the TV table Did not get the refill of bottle water for each Day of our stay. Same with the coffee. Just got the ones on Day one. We were 3 in our room, but everthing (cups, water, towels) was for Just 2 People. Had to ask for the third towel everyday. No towel hangers. Complimentary toiletries not in the bathroom, had to ask for them. This doesnt enhance the feeling of being in a nice hotel.

The Holiday Inn in Miraflores is a classic, reliable Holiday Inn chain hotel. Comfortable, with friendly staff, a good breakfast, and great beds. There’s not much more to explain, as it’s exactly what you’d expect from a Holiday Inn anywhere in the world — but here you’ll also enjoy tasty food and staff who always greet you with a smile. The only downside, which is not the hotel’s fault, is the heavy traffic around the area and the limited parking. This is more of a Lima — and especially Miraflores — issue than a problem with the hotel itself

I understand the efforts of reducing water waste, but we were three guests and only got one pair of slides, one shower rope, and two towels.
