Location, cleanliness We could hear very loud noises all day long from what we believe was the elevator machine working, this caused a terrible night sleep. There should not be a "premium" rate room with this type of noise level. Stay away from room 208 which is called "Townhouse".

Location is great, modern nice design, room was spacious, bed was comfortable, shower had good amenities There is a window in the room but it does not open, and the room was rather dark, so for me it was not the best fit.

Very nice location near all restaurants & easy location to be picked up for day tours. I liked the Taxi driver they had working at the hotel he was fantastic. Nice pool and rooftop bar! Very clean and safe place to stay! It was pricier than similar hotels nearby.

Very central in cool Miraflores neighborhood, the pool is a nice way to end the day after walking around; staff tried their best to compensate for issues related to the functioning of the hotel. We chose this hotel in part because we were told we could have 24 hour room service as we arrived at 1 am with young kids, it was important. Upon arrival, despite confirming over the phone on the way from airport, we were told the kitsch was "in renovation"... a few days later, all 3 elevators stopped working randomly and being on one of the top floors with little kids, this was a big problem. The family room we booked was quite small for the price, with restricted space to put our belongings.

The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. Shower room was clean and lovely. Plenty of clean towels. Cleaning service of rooms and facilities to a high standard. Great location side for dining, local parks and shops. There's a lovely travel agency across the street called Peruvian Life Tours. Great for booking tourist trips quickly. Fan in the shower room was loud and difficult to switch to low.

Central hotel if the goal is to explore Miraflores and Barranco. The nearby streets are lively and keep you busy during the eveinings.

The pool was heated and not busy. Location and security was great. Staff everywhere are not attentive. Waiting over 30 minutes for someone to come up to the room. Happened again when asked for towels. Dirty coffee cups. Light flicked like a strobe light.. breakfast ok but things sit out long

Connecting rooms would be nice as the standard bedrooms are not big enough for families and the bunk beds in the family rooms appear to not be properly secure, so we booked 2 rooms for either stay.

The hotel was trendy and modern. I liked our room, it was well-equipped and had everything we needed. The breakfast was wonderful!! Great location. The staff were not very friendly (borderline rude). It felt like they didn't care/appreciate us as tourists. It's too bad because everywhere we traveled in Peru, the people were so warm and kind.
