Good breakfast

Professional and friendly staff cleanliness excellent and complimentary breakfast good and nutritious.Some issues with the state of the furniture and curtains which were promptly corrected-excellent.one issue Room 110 needs a new mattress - is too low to the ground for someone who has had surgery(knee) and is recuperating. Maybe a little freshen up is due Some brighter wall color and new rug. All in all threading is a 8 1/2 for me I would stay again if the mattress was changed

The suite was large and comfortable. We were there with extended family. We enjoyed gathering in the dining area and around the pool Excellent accommodations. No complaints.

Surprised with upgrade

I’ve stayed at this Marriott plenty of times and never had an issue until this visit. As a Bonvoy member, I usually receive water or a small welcome gift at check‑in, but this time I wasn’t offered anything.On top of that, the elevator was down for a couple of hours. My room was on the 4th floor, and I had luggage with me, so I had to wait until the front desk called to let me know it was working again. I wasn’t about to carry bags up four flights of stairs.Overall, this stay didn’t meet the standard I’ve come to expect from this location, especially given my loyalty and past positive experiences.
