The price was very reasonable and the King size bed is an actual king size bed not two twins pushed together. The water didn’t really get hot. But in the summer heat it felt great.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very positive experience. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating, and the hotel was clean and well-kept. The price-performance ratio was excellent, offering good value for the quality of service provided. They also handled a reservation change smoothly, which was much appreciated—I would consider staying here again.

Small rooms

The room was very clean and the bedsheets were clean and soft. Blankets smelled so clean. ?? Ran out of hot water. It was 4 of us and by the 3 person we had very little hot water.

The room with a single double bed was very small. Just about livable. However everything worked. Parking adjacent was secure. The location is a bit funny as you think you are out of town but there is plenty going on near the Plaza. We were not overly impressed with the breakfast especially disposable goblets, polystyrene plates and plastic spoons. It really was about minimum effort from the property to put on a breakfast. Open the pack of Bimbo bread and spread the jam from the disposable packet with the back of the plastic spoon on a polystyrene plate. Unfortunately there was a small screw in the car park which partially embedded itself in our front motorcycle tyre which was a pain to say the least.

The hotel is very clean and very conveniently located with a secure parking. Mr Gozalo Pierto , The General manager of the property, is all hands on and the most hospitable Manager i have dealt with. He makes sure that you are most comfortable at this hotel and everything is working well for you. The rooms were outmost clean and tidy I haven seen for a while traveling in Mexico. This hotel for it's size deserve the most and best rating of all and I highly recommend it. Everything was in a great shape and rooms were extremely clean. Very Modern and up to date . I have stayed in many hotels traveling through Mexico last few years and there were a few things that needed to be repaired or non-functional in every room, EXCEPT This Hotel. This is great hotel with outstanding staff and Manager.
