During breakfast service, the staff at the counter displayed an unfriendly and dismissive attitude. The interaction appeared discourteous and gave the impression of discriminatory behavior, which was not appropriate for a hospitality environment.

Our aircond was unable to ON after check-in. The maintenance huy is really fast at solving the issue. Btw, the window of our room is sooooooooooooo spotless. ??????? serious kagum. For restaurant, i have two comments. First, Breakfast is good but can varied more. Please invest in coffee machine and please check on the foods served. I've went twice, one after 730 and once after 8am. After 8am, the food almost finished. Not to mentioned the water, the juice. Today I went 730am, food is there but the juice almost finished. I suggest please topup the drinks, changed the warm/cold water to bigger jug instead of smaller jug that used during dinner services. 2nd, maybe instead of having to print the "Breakfast coupun" and having your customer to go the lobby and get the coupon, you can get the customer to directly went to the counter in the restaurant and asks them to tell their room numbers. You can cut the cost for paper printing. Just a suggestion, for parking lots, maybe you can ensure the restaurant customers not to parked in front of the hotel but basement instead...it's hard for hotel stay if we had to bring tons of things from basement, then go up the stairs, then go to the lobby and then to the lift ?

Nice food. Perfect place as it is easy access, boleh avoid jammed . All is just nice

Pillow very soft, rare to find in hotels or apartments. Showerhead has high pressure of water, feels like rough massage, not recommended. Decent view. Closet has automatic lights, good and has good space. Plenty of mirrors, very good. Plenty of lights (lamp, wall lamps, standing lamp).
