I liked the smell when i first entered the lobby. The room was tidy though and well kept. The shower room was slippery when wet and nearly fell.

Excellent location with many shops nearby, making it very convenient. The hotel is new and spacious. For this price and location, it’s definitely great value. The front desk staff were also very friendly and even gave us free ice cream! If you’re driving, the parking is a car lift system. Only the first entry is free. Once you’ve parked, it’s not very convenient to take your car out frequently as you may need to queue, especially during peak hours when the waiting time can be quite long.

Regarding parking, we were informed that we had to wait until the event ended before parking was allowed. As we were traveling with an infant, we kindly requested temporary access to park briefly in front of the hotel so I could carry my baby to the room and then move the car afterward. Unfortunately, this request was not permitted, as the parking area was classified as paid parking, despite it being empty at the time. As hotel guests, we were also paying for the facilities and were not there free of charge. We were only requesting a short, temporary stop to safely carry our baby to the room—not to park overnight. In the end, we had to wait approximately 1 to 1.5 hours before parking became available. We would appreciate it if, in the future, some flexibility could be considered in situations involving guests with infants, so that arrangements can be handled more reasonably.

The staff were wonderful. I re-opened a wound I had on my thumb, and they helped me at the help desk to get a plaster as the pharmacy was not open at that time. The shower in this hotel is divine. I love the bathroom facilities, and the bed is very comfortable. I am gluten free and dairy free therefore could only eat the omelette. The chef cleaned the pan so that I didn't get cross contaminated which was wonderful. I was a bit disappointed in the lack of choice for someone with allergies.

Breakfast was amazing! The bed was amazing! Shower and toilet too! Everything was excellent! My niece left her plushie and they called us to inform us we left it behind… So sweet! Staff was welcoming and tentative to our needs…

Very modern look. Everything is clean and fresh. We really liked the complimentary gelato and sodas in the bar fridge. The bar at the roof top should have snack platters available to order pool side at any given time of the day. The restaurant at the roof top only opens at 5pm so no snack platters were readily available.

The staff was very helpful. warren the restaurant manager (I think) went out of his way to talk with us and accommodate our dining requests. We liked the murals and the fact that the artist was acknowledged

Spacious room for suite and great breakfast choices! Able to hear noise from outside and baby cot didn't have a proper bedding..it was hard for my child

Breakfast good. Location is bad. Shopping and coffee shops too far too to walk especially for the elderly and the young ones in the hot sun. Payments for car parks. No chair for twin room
