Everything! Especially the fact that I told the honey I just got married and coming for honeymoon, they gave us a free upgrade and even welcomed us with a cake and decorated our room beautifully ?

Great view, comfy bed and comprehensive facility. Toilet is old, having mold on ceiling, one of the lighting in our bathroom did not work.

The bed is comfy. Room is spacious. Overall not worth for the price, especially the bathroom.

City location and view of the surrounding from the room. Water pressure at room bathroom for showering was poor.

The rooms seem to be not well maintained in terms of the amenities. When we checked in, there were no towels and bathrobes. The mini fridge also was not in working order. We always stay here whenever we are in Miri and we see the transition of the hotel from being exceptional to being just good. I hope these things will be improved very soon, for we always like staying here.

Bed, pillow and room size The receptionist who attended me was not friendly. On my previous stays, the receptionists were always welcoming and lovely. I understood it was school holiday and the hotel is chaotic. No towels in the room and had to request. The initial room we were given also had problem with the air conditioning. We waited until night time that the technician came and asked for us to wait for another 30 minutes. We gave in and complaint, we were upgraded to executive room but located on an almost empty floor. The upgraded room was okay but no bathrobe in the room. The air condition in the upgrade room was just ok from the previous room but not as cold as i imagined.

location- good and with many facilities outside/nearby. rooms large rooms no soul and so big and empty. bathrooms basic and not particularly clean. sparse. Facilities very basic throughout hotel and the entire place lacks any identity.

Location and excellent facilities Nothing

The property is situated in a very convenient location. It is not only near the sea, but also access to many local unique restaurants. The property is for the most part, clean and trying to be a four-star property, certainly not a five star. The general overview it is a 3.5 barely 4 star property pretending to be a five star property. Let’s take the Pullman kitchen. The breakfast buffet has many items to choose from but compared to many four and five star buffets that I have been to in Malaysia for example the Sheraton in coaching the Pullman kitchen Falls short. The quality of the food was much lower than we expected even simple preparations, like making omelettes were dry uninspiring, and obviously no fault to The cook, lack the proper training. The rooms are tired the bedding could be much upgraded i.e. 100% high thread cotton Hotel standard pillows not the fluffy synthetic batting pillows that are supplied. The beds are way too firm, I felt pain on my hips and on my shoulders, sleeping on them, again far from what to expect in a high brand name property the tea and coffee area in the room needs more attention. It did not speak generously in other words, barely enough and certainly not good quality offerings. Having been a manager of a hotel overseas in my past life, I know that with a little bit of attention and someone with a vision can bring the Pullman in Mary up to a higher standard. I believe it will affect the bottom line rather than sitting on its laurels with contracts and past usage by oil executives and Holiday makers who I think would think twice and choose your hotel over others if there was a higher standard.

Clean and comfortable Nothing

When arrived the room doesn’t have towels and cream, shampoo and they took long time bring us towels and another things.

Room was spacious ,clean & comfort Breakfast was amazing . chiller was not working , out of order.

Stayed one night at Pullman Hotel in Miri with my wife and our two daughters, and it was a lovely short getaway. The room was very spacious and comfortable, perfect for a small family stay. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view from the window overlooking both the sea and the city. Even though it was just for one night, it was a relaxing and memorable experience.

The windows could have been clean for a much clearer outside view.

The room was dirty and even when the cleaners had been, they had only made the bed, didn’t fill toilet rolls up and had no shower gel
