none went there to the 8th floor last night around 9.30pm no one was there not even the reception, i couldn't check in i tried to email and call them but no answer, if they were to leave the key for me to check in they should have done it when i made the booking ended up i have to find another hotel and stay at different hotel. i just hope they can refund me or else it is like a scam
