This was the worst experience we've had at any hotel. The first room we tried smelled of cigarettes and was falling apart. They got us a different room, which supposedly they just finished cleaning, the bathroom had not been touched and the floor was sticky, and it smelled badly when the air came on. We had to book another hotel and not successful in getting our money back(they said they would try to get us a refund for the second night which didn't happen. We will not be staying at any Extended Stay hotel or any of their affiliates. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!

Even though I had booked a room through this site, when I arrived the hotel was overbooked and I did not have a room. The desk clerk offered no apologies and no solutions.

I arrive late at night to check in to a reservation I had already made and confirm, just to arrive there saying it was overbooked. I end up searching for another hotel nearby.

I didn’t like anything cause I don’t get a room after driving seven hours I got there at midnight they said they dont have rooms even though I had reservation with Expedia they blamed Expedia that they overbooked
-
Made reservation on line, got to hotel . They said no rooms available

So dirty and smelly
-
I liked nothing about the property it was gross. Everything about it was nasty. The smell in the whole hotel was awful and intensified in the room. Once my nose adjusted I was able to look around the room and see the rust on the refrigerator the lack of anything nice in the room. Chairs and table were purchased in the 80’s and not maintained.

The staff was great so that make it better but the room was very outdated and damaged. Ceiling was peeling, The desk chair was broken, trim guard falling off the wall, gum was stuck to the lamp... The phone jack was broken so we had to use cell to call the desk. The whole place smelled like a damp basement and weed. We didnt have breakfat but I think I saw muffins, coffee, and juice when we were checking out. It had the best price anywhere around the area but it was a little rough. The staff were helpful and friendly.

When I get there they told me they had two rooms but they were dirty so they cannot give me now so I didn’t have any anywhere to stay

The breakfast if you could even call it that was underwhelming. It consisted of only oatmeal and muffins, and the coffee was weak and watered down. The beds were uncomfortable, and the carpet was torn up in spots, which was a problem since I kept stepping on the exposed tack strips meant to hold it down. We also ran into a couple of issues with water pressure on our floor, though to their credit, staff got it resolved quickly. That said, the customer service was excellent for the most part, and that goes a long way.

Was denied a room at first due to not having any clean, then waited 3 hrs for manager to come clean rooms. No housekeeping the 2nd say of my stay. Tv not working properly, no remote in room. Understaffed really badly. Michelle was trying her hardest with no support.

The room was dirty, and very out dated.

-
The bed was not made with new sheet. I had to ask for new bedsheet

Nothing Everything

Extremely unprofessional! The person at the front desk was on a personal phone call the entire time I was attempting to check in she was talking very loud and it was very hard to tell whether she was speaking to me or to her friend on three phone! I walked in the hotel room and it looked like a crime scene the place was filthy and falling apart the fridge was leaking water there was stains all over everything it’s a good thing I brought my own pillow case and sheets! The toilet wouldn’t flush it was the worse hotel experience I’ve ever had!

My visit at this hotel was a pleasant one. Jason helped me with checking in and getting me the supplies needed for our stay. Thanks to you my Michigan graduation trip was good.
