The location was great

Experienced a travel delay and could not check in at the hotel until after 11 pm. I called the front desk in-advance to let them know when I would be checking in - they told me there wouldn't be any issues but did not mention that the front desk would be closed after 11. I had to use an automated check in kiosk, which had an issue scanning my drivers license and passport and was unable to print out a physical keycard. I had to download an app to enter the hotel and access my room. Overall, it took nearly 40 minutes to check in. Also, the filter status on the Elkay water filter needed to be replaced (a red light was on).

I like how clean the room was, and how modern the building looked I did not like that. There was no staff to man the front counter. I basically had to wait 20 minutes for someone to be at the front desk. It was really hard to check in and when I got to my room, there was no hair dryer so I could not dry my hair there. Willie wasn’t any soap or shampoo and conditioner. There is just shampoo. It took forever to go find an ice machine in the building it wasn’t an ice machine for like most hotels have they didn’t have any complementary breakfast. It was just a plain hotel and there wasn’t even any room service that we could order.

It’s a very very basic room, served its purpose. A place to sleep for about 5/6 hours and it was an affordable price. Ceilings are high so it echos. Different but served its purpose.

Building project next door. NO soap available for the bathroom!!!!! I mean really no bathroom soap on the property!! No blanket in the room. Need I say more ???

The outside appearance was clean. We had a room facing the construction right next door.
-
The space is good The bathroom fan, there was also no body soap

The bed was only minimally sleepable - extremely hard. Walls are thin and all your neighbors plumbing can be easily heard, along with their voices, dogs, etc. I expected street noise as it is a busy intersection, but it really felt as if the insulation was subpar, and the noise was crazy.

Pet fees are good in comparison to other places, being able to cook is great, but they should have instructions on the glass top stove The floor had soap granules all over it

I liked the location of the hotel. The beds were hard, one of the beds was up against the heater/air conditioner where you couldn't walk by to get in on the side of the bed. The room had a kitchenette, but no pots or pan available in the room or front desk to use or rent. There was quite a bit of noise from other patrons in the hotel.

The kiosk for checking in didn't pull me up as the hotel guest, but the staff quickly identified the issue and got me checked in. He was knowledgeable and kind and checked me in fast. The property was clean. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this property as a budget-friendly place to stay.

Upon arrival at 11 pm we had to use a kiosk to check I and it did not work. We had to call someone to open the lobby and check us in. One of the rooms we booked had not been cleaned. There was no bedding or towels and the kitchenette counter was dirty. We tried calling front desk from room but no one answered so went back down to the lobby and had to knoc duk on the lobby door to get help. The guy onty said all h

Convenient location.

The physical layout of the room was new, clean and well appointed; however, there was no coffee, tea (even in the lobby), mug, spoon, or anything in which to heat up anything. There were 2 bowls 2 glasses and 2 plates in the room. Also 1 bar of soap. No shampoo or conditioner. It was all bare bones. Fortunately we had adequate supplies of our own to fill the gap. If you come well supplied and bring your own cookware or cups and utensils it would be quite nice. The staff made helpful recommendations for restaurants and did supply paper drink cups, which was appreciated. You just need to know what you are getting.

I ask the front desk about a coffee maker needed in the room. He said, "We have coffee makers. They are here at the front desk. You can purchase them for $20 !!" I thought to myself " Man you are an idiot" Spent $171 for a room only to by a coffee maker from them if I want one in my room!!! CRAZY!!!

The building and rooms are very clean, modern, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, especially for an extended stay. It feels much nicer than the price suggests, and I can see why the longer-stay model works so well here. The only real problem we had was checking in through the kiosk because we booked through Expedia. Expedia had supplied a placeholder phone number and a long generated email address, and the kiosk would not accept the reservation until I figured out that both needed to be changed to my actual information. The overnight assistance number also went to voicemail, so that part was frustrating and definitely needs a smoother solution. Possibly a side note added for those who booked through a portal. Once we got checked in, though, the stay itself was excellent. The room was comfortable, the property was surprisingly quiet for such a large building, and the self-service concept is very well done. The staff I did interact with were friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again, and in fact wish there was another like it for our next hotel stay. It’s a newer kind of hotel experience and takes a little getting used to, but for the price, cleanliness, room quality, and overall setup, I think LivAway is doing something really good here.
