Great place to stay, will be back.

It was a very good stay. Only thing was the room cards we had to get fixed two times a day.

Good for family

Very clean and spacious. It was very expensive. There was no hair dryer, no coffee maker, no iron, no napkins. There was a nice kitchen but nothing there. No dishes, no pots, no cutlery, no mugs. There was no coffee even in the lobby. We were really surprised because it was quite expensive.

The hotel was clean and the staff is friendly. The bed and pillows were also good. I wish there was an ice machine and a coffee maker in my room would have been nice.

Conveniently located to I-90 for our one night stay. Kitchen suite met our needs.

Our stay was fine… Clean rooms, nice staff.. In town for a softball Tournament..

Good property for the price.

The place was overall clean. However when we entered our room there was a bad smell like something was rotting. We looked around and couldn't find anything. Also, there was a plastic bag wrapped around the smoke detector. We left and came back and the smell was worse. I asked for a new room and they were able to accommodate our request. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice but didn't seem to surprised/concerned that there was a horrible oder in the room. Also, there was no ice machine. I understand this is an extended stay hotel and you can make ice in your own freezer however we were only there for one night and it would have been nice to have an ice machine to use. I'm glad we got a discounted rate through Expedia otherwise I would have been very disappointed to pay full price.

Pleasant

It was clean, full size fridge, microwave, comfortable beds, Don’t claim to be a suites property and then offer absolutely no amenities to go with the suite (cookware, utensils, dishes, etc.) Also there was no hair dryer, coffee maker, barely any toiletries (shampoo and bar soap was it), makeup remover wipes, and we requested a rollaway and was not provided one. Check-in process lacked. Guy was a little awkward, didn’t state checkout time, couldn’t explain why we didn’t have a rollaway (maybe the hotel had them or maybe not, who knows). I would spend the extra $30-$50 to stay somewhere else next time.

Location, clean, secure. Noise, luggage cart had to use.

Pleasant

Nothing You had to ring the bell for staff to come to the desk. Too much security. No hand towels in room. Too many people loitering in the lobby. Hallways were noisy.

Exceptional

Clean appearing property. Check in staff was less than enthusiastic but friendly enough. Room was simply appointed, which was fine as we were only staying 2 nights. The bed was a bit firm and the sheets/mattress pad didn’t fit around the mattress so kept trying to slip off. The floor was all linoleum and was dirty and in need of a good mopping. I did see a Swiffer-type mop on a cleaning cart…not sure that is the best way to clean the floors, especially if the mop pad isn’t changed regularly. It was a bit noisy on our side of the hotel as it’s right next to a rail yard.

had to ask for the hair dryer and the coffee pot .it should have been in the room to start with

The walls are sooo thin, you could hear your neighbor's conversation!
