The view from the room was amazing! It is a small family guesthouse in the nearby Kitzski domain. You have shops nearby if you need something quick. It was great for a ski vacation. The towels should be changed more regularly.

Host was very polite and helpful with everything. Room and bed were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was freshly made in the morning by the host. We only stayed one night as a middle stop on our way to Salzburg. No shampoo/shower gel in the shower. Shower did not have a door which made you feel if somebody enters in the room it will see you having a shower.

Spectacular view from our balcony. Big balcony. Freshly made breakfast, it gives you a paper from the previous day with options and prices to select what you would like to have for breakfast and prepares it in the morning. You feel like you are a guest to a house. We only stayed one night. The bed was very comfortable. TV had Netflix so kids liked it. I booked a quadrable with extra bed so room was a bit crowded. No slippers or hair cup provided.

First impression was great. The owner came down to greet us and let us in. Check - in was fast and easy. She was very friendly and helpful. The rooms was quite nice, small but clean which is the most important thing. The interior was great and felt like Austria. It was very easy to get everything you need in the area as there are ample shops and eateries in the vicinity. The guest house is located on the main road.

The location, very close to ski resorts. Very well kept house. The kitchenette does not have much to cook on which we didn't expect so come prepared. A bit of noise coming from the street as cars pass all night.

The owner is super nice. The breakfast was absolutely amazing as well. The space was very clean and tidy, cozy, the view from the window was spectacular.
