Convenient location and good value The room smelled badly of mold maybe because of the humidity. The floors were sweating and wet. I felt sick staying in the room.

Comfy and spacius apartment, probably fits 4 but i was alone. Good internet for remote work (around 50mbps... slows down around 10pm). It's a bit outside of miyako town, so better have a bike/scooter/car/etc to move around. Otherwise, 15-20min walk. There is a bus stop in front of it. Supermarket 10mins walk. A couple of restaurants around. The building has no staff and all the check in process is done at the office of Pine car rental, near the airport (15mins drive from the apartment- 4km away). Free shuttle service provided Airport-Car rental Office-Apartment. They kept my bags on the last day. Good value for money. I stayed 10days with them. Very responsive to messages on the app. Staff speaks decent/good English, very polite. Since there is no staff at the building, if you want to extend your stay, you need to go to the car rental office. If you don't have a bike/car/scooter, this is rather inconvenient. They should come up with a system to be able to pay online without having to go to the office.
