The hotel is on the south side of downtown. It is very good at the price point. Property and room were clean. Easy parking. 2 minute drive into downtown. I would stay there again.

Nice facilities with a swimming pool. Courteous and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with some of the best scrambled eggs I've had. Also with sausage, tater tots, toast, waffles, cereal, muffins, yogurt, and juices.

Great breakfast with waffles, eggs, potatoes and sausage plus the other quick breakfast items. Pool is outdoors which is great for a summer day in moab. Used the laundry machines ... 1.25 to wash and dry Hot tub was closed for maintenance.

The card key doesn't work to enter through exit doors to other areas of the parking lot besides the main lobby entrance.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient for resting after a long trip. The room was spacious and cozy, with everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the atmosphere was calm. Great value for the price. I would gladly stay here again.
