The property is clean. The staff is very soft spoken and respond very quickly. Specifically to mention is the food. It’s homely and very delicious. The variety is also maintained when we book full board. I travelled with my pet Simba and he was also welcomed. They are really pet friendly. We had a peaceful 2 night stay in their luxury tent. It is worth. ?✨? The swimming pool needs maintenance. There are broken tiles due to which people get hurt. Please get the same repaired.

Property is nice. Spacious rooms. Well maintained and location is very serene. If you are will friends you can definitely go here with but family you need to think as its very remote. I was with my parents, wife and 4 year old kid. So, it seemed too remote for us. The food was not good at all. Looking at the location they need to serve better food as it saves us from going back and having meals at some other place. To make things worse, the food was hugely overpriced. There were other complains too but it seemed more like a management issue which could be resolved if they get someone to manage the place. But food is a major concern that cannot be ignored. Also, one thing I had an issue with was prioritising other guests as it was a big group and treating them specially. We were made to eat food in the food court on the first night as they have a policy where they don’t serve in the room. But the next night their special guests took over the food area and we were suggested to eat food in the recreation area where they have kept pool table and tt table. I was astounded by this proposal and when I expressed my disappointment on this treatment they said you can have it here in the food court but that would cause a problem to us as I am with my family and others are partying there already. So we asked them to serve us in our room which they agreed to. They may have served us in the room on our request but the common area cannot and should not be given to special someones and make the other guest adjust as per their needs.

Offer dinner buffet dinner non-veg in 350 but pieces of chicken so uneven and no drum sticks this thing I wanna see to improve other than that everything else is fantastic
