Terrible stay. Property was in the poor condition. Room was dirty. No towels in room. Poor furniture. Dirty floors and area. Do not recommend

Sheets were dirty and stained up . Refrigerator didn't work and let off a putrid smell. No trash can. Wasp nest that was never taken care of. Floors , walls , door, really the whole room was dirty . If zero stars was an option thats what id give . Pool was green and closed. Looked like it hadn't been used in a long time . Night shift was vaping while dealing with tenants . Lobby was closed and we had to search for a way into our room also Noone to be found !!! Don't waste your money here! Breakfast was stale cereal. Will never stay here again .

I could not stay there. They gave me two rooms. The first the door could not be opened. The second the door could not be locked. The pool of the property looks like is filled with sewage. air conditioner is leaking water into the hallways. Do not trust in the pictures or description.

The place was appalling. There was no receptionist when we walked in and we had to wait; floor was sticky and dirty; bathroom tub is peeled and walls are dirty; there was a single towel and no facecloths or hand towels. At 6:00 AM I went to have breakfast and checkout, and found a sign saying reception not open until 8:00 AM. So, there was no breakfast as advertised. That’s the worst place I have stayed at in the past 7 years.

Pool was green and room smelled bad with roaches and roach eggs nssty
-
1 pillow for king bed, only a towel in the room, breakfast wasn't serviced. The morning person more concerned about her phone.

Go somewhere else this place is a dump from a to z this is the worse place I stayed in my 68 years!!
-
The whole place stunk of mold and mildew. The lady at the front desk was lovely and her son was helpful and apologetic. The owner/operator should be arrested.
-
Not a damn thing The bathroom was FILTHY. The sheets and pillows were dirty. The doors barely closed. My key cards randomly stopped working.
-
Not clean at all. And the person at the next door, has the tv’s volume to high They have a lot trash outside.

Booked for June 26th for 3 double bed rooms and went to check in and was told they only had single bed rooms available and that wouldn’t work for our party of 9 people. The front desk clerk said she would process the cancellation and refund the money and here I am a month later still trying to get my money back after being hugely inconvenienced and having to find another hotel in a mostly booked out city. Location Attention to simple request and change out the towels

I went to the front desk & told them I wanted a refund. I showed the desk clerk the pictures and was told all they could refund was the deposit since I used Expedia. I got that back & we found a different hotel. I tried to contact Expedia multiple times by phone & had no luck. I finally spoke with someone, the next day, after fighting with the AI agent on the app. Then, I was told it was up to property management if I received a refund. I was supposed to at least receive a $25 OneKeyCash for my inconvenience & have not. But also, have seen no follow up from Expedia about the refund!

The hotel was not notified about a ground floor request so they put us on the second floor we’re in our seventies. The AC didn’t cool completely. No remote control for the tv. Dirty floors and bath tub with hair in it. No toiletries or towels and washcloths. Beds did not look fresh. Electrical plugs were hanging out of the wall. Poor water pressure. Someone left a dirty pair of socks on the shelf below the tv. Terrible parking had to park far away. Hallways stunk of garbage. Breakfast was minimal and not appetizing at all and not one packet of sugar for coffee. I will never go there again.
-
Door was open upon check in very strange. Room was clean but no soap for hands or shower. Door felt like it had been kicked in by police and rehung. Breakfast a joke. Nothing of any substance coffee but no sugar or stirs. Staff was friendly and helpful but hotel needs some major bringing up to standards of Wyndham.

Me & my grandkids had no choice being all that was available. My mother visited & instantly took photos. Pool was swamp green, unusable. Slime down the entire walkway where we kept falling in. One grandchild just had double hip surgery & fell 3 times. Bugs, you ask for TP & towels but forced to wait until house keeping makes their rounds. 4 people w/o TP? Just a mess. I never leave reviews but this is necessary. Not sure how or why I paid so much for just a few days so I'm certain I've been scammed but just got home & going through the paperwork. I truly feel I should have a full refund. 3 grandkids stuck inside with no pool to have fun in. What was the point? I do realize a lot of people live out of these places simply bc it's affordable but how about keeping it all up running smoothly even for them? Places like this take advantage of the ones paying to live there bc they are in desperate situations of life but don't treat them as if they don't deserve the amenities they are paying for.

This hotel is hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my entire life we were transferred rooms multiple times. Due to the condition of the rooms this hotel should be shut down condemned it's awful
-
The room looked nothing like the pictures that are advertised. The door looked like it had been kicked in numerous times. Our handle to the door was barely on there. The mattress and sheets were stained. The furniture was in poor condition. There was mold
