Conflicting information between booking and at hotel. Very strong scent in cabins

Great apartment, many kitchen appliances, clean, very good wifi, parking nearby. Good location for nearby hikes. Great value accommodation. Separate bedrooms, grocery store nearby. Helpful desk. Our apartment was next to the road and could be a little loud. Windows only have transparent curtains. Stairs are a little loud when walking. Not the best view from the apartment (you can only see next building and a road). No terrace.

Very convenient location. Very responsive staff. Very beautiful village, close to nice hikes. We would like to come back to do more hikes. Some things in the apartment were inconvenient: stairs to the second floor were very steep and dangerous. It was possible to close the door of second bedroom only after you move the bed.

Just only 5 mins walk from the ferry pier but uneasy to walk on the snow, summer would be ok Check in receptionist is helpful, nice, polite and offer to help after checking out. We encountered the difficulty situation on Sunday because of the bus not running and we did not know before. Anna gave us a lift to the nearest town to catch the bus from there. Thank you Anna and the hotel who has this kindly staff Waiting for a long period to get the property’s respond. We googled map to see the direction to the hotel and found out the name and the address of the hotel on my booking reference was different from the name on the map. Make me confused. Queried to the property to know later that we have to check in and get a key from the hotel and have to walk and push the luggage on the snow to the cabin another 200 m. Checkin receptions help us by changing us to stay in the hotel not in the cabin. Happy ending

it was walking distance from Hurtigtuten port- but not that close. the manager took pity on us seeing all our luggage and drove us from hotel to cabin.big kitchen, living area.the manager arranged a car to take us to Leknes airport in the morning- but this needs to be pre-arranged and is at cost. We arrived very late at night and had no real idea where to go. A sign to the hotel ( to pick up the key) would have helped.House extremley basic and hostel like. Beds were not made and uncomfortable. Only single beds. Super steep steps to climb to bedroom. Bathroom downstairs.

Nothing Not as described on Bookings.com website. Poorly maintained. Lack of heating. Two stories living; making it difficult to use bathroom for second floor occupied people to navigate very narrow steps between first and second floor.Kitchen was not usable as pans were not properly cleaned.

Big apartment with decent price.

Nice and fresh cabin, old on the outside and new inside. Romantic view with cute real fishermen's boats, a pity there is burnt down building spoiling the view. Stamsund is as quiet as it gets. The burnt down restaurant in front, in the water.

Well located to catch the Havila and Hurtigruten cruises. Stamsund is very quiet. Our unit was in the road with no water view. Other units had water views.

Very spacious cabin. We could easily make dinner in the kitchen and slept very well. Very quiet. I can highly recommend it. A bit hard to find the reception.

It was like a homestay, but without baking foil and dish towels, we couldn't bake or clean the stove, very inconvenient
